Job Description
As a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician at Injector 5280, you will be responsible for performing advanced skin treatments and serving as a dedicated educator for our patients. You will work closely with our nursing team to create comprehensive, multi-modality treatment plans that help our patients look and feel their absolute best.
- Clinical Excellence: Perform advanced treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, BBL/IPL, Hydrafacial, RF Microneedling with precision and care.
- Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough skin analysis and develop customized long-term treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
- Integrated Care: Collaborate with our Nurse Injectors to provide a holistic approach to facial rejuvenation and skin health.
- Product Expert: Recommend and educate patients on medical-grade skincare regimens to enhance and maintain their clinical results.
Licensed Aesthetician: Required Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of advanced aesthetic modalities (Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, BBL/IPL, Hydrafacial, RF Microneedling etc.) and a deep understanding of skin histology.
- Consultative Sales: Ability to authentically recommend retail products and additional services by focusing on patient benefits and outcomes.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a meticulous treatment room and adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and clinical safety.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive team player who values a “no-drama” environment and contributes to a positive office culture.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Aesthetician License.
- Active Laser Technician Certification.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or clinical setting.
- Proven track record of building and retaining a loyal patient base.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Required to participate in social media and marketing efforts, including monthly specials, and marketing videos/photos.
