  • Senior-Level Compensation: From $45–$65 per hour and up, reflective of your qualifications, specialized skill set, and aesthetic experience, along with a 10% commission based on services provided.

Job Description

Injector 5280 has been a trusted aesthetic medical practice in Denver’s Highlands/LoHi area since 2012. Our staff genuinely enjoy working together, and we’re looking for someone who can seamlessly fit into our supportive environment while delivering exceptional results for our patients and practice.

We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector who excels as a skilled Injector. This position can be either full-time or part-time. This role is ideal for an RN or NP who combines a passion for aesthetic medicine with a strong background in aesthetic medicine.

As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical care and performing advanced aesthetic treatments. Your primary focus will be conducting thorough patient consultations, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering safe, outstanding results to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive expertise across all aesthetic treatments offered at the practice.
  • Perform aesthetic procedures, including injecting neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and regenerative biostimulators. PDO threads experience is preferred but not required. In addition to injectables, you will provide body-contouring treatments with Emsculpt.
  • Conduct comprehensive full-face consultations and provide customized treatment, follow-up, and maintenance plans.
  • Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care guidelines, and recommend products to enhance outcomes.
  • Pursue opportunities to educate patients and cross-sell additional services.
  • Confidently answer patient questions and concerns while ensuring a seamless, professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Participate in social media and marketing efforts, including monthly specials and marketing videos/photos.
  • Maintain treatment suites and monitor supplies/inventory.
  • Build strong patient relationships and manage post-treatment concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active RN or NP license in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an aesthetic injector.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and business-minded operational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional personality.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling services and products.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy with strong personal integrity.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with ease and professionalism.
