April Thompson specializes exclusively in aesthetic injectables. April has been injecting all day, every day, for more than 16 years. She believes that specialization is the key to providing exceptional results. April has undergone advanced training in injectables, and for many years she worked for some of the best Plastic Surgeons in Denver.
April started her career gaining experience in Plastic and Reconstructive nursing in private practice and the operating room, before specializing in aesthetic injectables. April’s attention to detail, understanding of anatomy and musculature, coupled with her aesthetic eye is truly her trademark. It is these qualities that set her apart from other providers, and keep her patients coming back. April does not believe in a ‘one-size fits-all’ approach. Instead, she conducts a careful assessment and tailors her patient’s treatments to their specific needs.
Through April’s vast knowledge, training and injecting experience, April has also become an educator and trainer for other Aesthetic Injectors.

Megan, RN-BSN, has more than 10 years of specialized experience in aesthetic medicine. She has a strong clinical background, and brings both medical expertise and an artistic eye to every treatment.
Megan is known for her artistry, precision, and commitment to creating refined, natural-looking results. Her approach seamlessly blends science and aesthetics, rooted in a deep understanding of facial anatomy, balance, and proportion. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully customized to enhance the patient’s unique features while preserving their individuality. She is especially known for her ability to achieve subtle, balanced results.
A lifelong learner, Megan regularly attends training with top educators, surgeons, and thought leaders in the industry, staying current with the most advanced injection techniques and protocols. Her meticulous attention to detail and pursuit of excellence have earned her the trust of discerning patients who seek results that look natural and refined.
Beyond technical mastery, Megan is deeply committed to patient care. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Megan now calls Colorado home. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, snowboarding, weightlifting, and spending time with her rescue pup, Louie.
Shannon Moran, RN

Shannon has more than 6 years of experience in medical aesthetics and is recognized for her artistic eye, attention to detail, and ability to achieve refined, natural-looking results. She is passionate about helping patients enhance their features while maintaining a balanced, refreshed, and natural appearance.
Her experience includes a wide range of injectable treatments, including wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Shannon’s approach is grounded in precision, a thorough understanding of facial anatomy, and the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance confidence while preserving the natural characteristics that make every individual unique.

With extensive experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Will has a strong track record in driving med spa growth, with deep expertise in business development, operations, and marketing. Will ensures that every aspect of the practice runs smoothly while continually evolving to meet the needs of our patients.
Overseeing all non-clinical aspects of the business, from operational workflows and systems to marketing strategies and patient experience, Will brings a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset to everything he does. Behind the scenes, he collaborates closely with our clinical team to enhance every step of the client journey, ensuring that each visit embodies our commitment to excellence, innovation, and results.
