Appointment Policies
To ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment, please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other patients. While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals can shorten your treatment time.
Cancellation & No-Shows
At Injector 5280, we are dedicated to providing every patient with the highest quality of care and timely access to our providers. To ensure we can accommodate everyone and respect our team’s dedicated time, we observe the following 48-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
Scheduling & Card on File
To streamline your booking, we require a valid credit card to be kept securely on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. This is simply a measure to hold your appointment slot; you will only be charged in the event of a policy violation as outlined below.
Policy Overview
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $75 fee.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $75 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
To maintain a fair schedule for all, patients who have late-canceled or no-showed three (3) times will be required to pre-pay in full for all future services at the time of booking.
Our Commitment
When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, it prevents us from offering that time to other patients waiting for care. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows our team to continue providing the exceptional service you expect from Injector 5280.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
No Refunds
• Injector 5280 does not provide refunds for services purchased or rendered. Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person, and while we strive for the best possible results, they cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to achieve or maintain your desired results are the patient’s financial responsibility.
• If a package or series of treatments has been purchased, refunds will not be issued. Should you choose to discontinue treatment, credit for any unused treatments may be applied toward other services or retail products offered by Injector 5280. This credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• In the rare event that Injector 5280 elects to issue a refund, it is understood that the provider-patient relationship is considered mutually dissolved. To maintain the highest standard of care and professional trust, no further treatments, consultations, or appointments will be scheduled at Injector 5280 following the issuance of a refund.
• Retail products are non-refundable. Defective products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Appointments
Our staff will remind you of your appointment 48 hours prior to your visit via email and text message.
When should I Arrive for my Appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, as we require all patients to fill out consent forms. If you are a new patient we will also ask you to complete a brief Medical History form.
What if I am late for my Appointment?
To give you the care and attention you deserve, our scheduling provides you with the optimal amount of time to complete your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of your treatment time, which has been reserved especially for you. If you are not able to arrive on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
What if I need to Cancel my Appointment?
If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform our office at least 24 hours in advance so the time may be given to another patient.
Payment
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
We do NOT accept checks, Zelle, Venmo or any other cash apps.
